The Langham Earrings are authentic vintage sapphire and diamond studs. Each stud features a natural sapphire for a combined total weight of approximately 3.50 carats. Each sapphire has a halo of 16 rose-cut diamonds surrounding it. The stones are set in 18kt and 14kt white and yellow gold settings.
